Certified Systems Engineers
DSN believes in staff development as one effective way to guarantee qualitative service delivery to our customers. In this regard, our engineers are constantly undergoing training and getting certified on various products that we support. The main objective is to make them remain current and abreast with development in the IT industry. Our service offerings summarizes DSN skill base of Certified Support Personnel currently available to DSN for deployment on technical support duties.

Skill Scope
DSN has wide experience in the handling of OEM equipments such as IBM, Compaq, HP, Dell, as Servers desktop and mobile (notebooks/laptops). Our engineers are also exposed to PC compatibles systems, all range of Epson and HP printers both deskjet and lasers.

We also install and maintain IBM RISC6000 systems. By induction, formal exposures, in-house research and training on other manufacturers' hardware brands, our engineers' skill base also cover a wide range of products such as Cannon, Sonny Olivetti etc.

Trainers
Training for all our products and solutions can be delivered at all our operational locations.

The strength of our training facilities and programs lies in the personnel that we have in this area. By design, DSN training instructors are fundamentally certified in their areas of specialization as this gives them the user perspective as well as the trainer angle.
